Pros:

There are a wide variety of shots despite the lack of elevation. Doglegs right and left, straight shots, long shots, short shots, wide open, narrow, tunnels, fields, etc. There are signs to help find the next tee location and some baskets have a colored spoke pointing in the rough direction of the next tee too. The long tees are all either large concrete or large astroturf pads.

Cons:

Finding the first hole from the parking lot can be difficult at first. Ticks are also a big hazard along with a few thorns.
The biggest reason why this doesn't get the full 5 is because of the tee signs and short tees. Some holes have maps, some don't. The short tees (for the few holes that have them) are very hit-and-miss with regards to their quality and ability to easily be found. Adding maps to each hole and improving the short tees would make this course even better.

Other Thoughts:

The last hole is a tunnel shot, but not the type of tunnel shot I'm used to. Usually with tunnel shots, you have a 20-ft or so wide gap with a relatively low ceiling, but this hole has about 40-50 ft gap with an extremely low ceiling (about 12 ft).

The course uses quite a bit of land and a good portion feels more like field work with a putt than actual holes. That's not a bad thing, just the way it felt. There does seem room to expand the course in the future. One of the fields is begging for a long hole the length of the field as you play along the edges of the field leaving the middle largely untouched.

I wouldn't recommend this for a newbie, as it's rather long and can be difficult with punishments for errant throws, but any veteran should give this course a shot. Just make sure to bring bug spray and have a tick key handy just in case.
