Great signage throughout the course and the red baskets are pristine. Concrete tees are appropriately sized. Pretty easy navigation, though the double tees get a little confusing once or twice, but no biggie. Great use of the available old growth trees and the drainage ditch. Those same trees provide some good shade on a sunny day. Grass was mowed when I played. No real undergrowth to speak of and it was easy to locate discs. Some casual water due to a small trickle of a stream in the front portion of the course and you play next to a drainage ditch on two holes so no real water threats.

Flat as a board. Those same trees that grant thee shade, also result in retaining water in low spots throughout the course. Adds to some muddy conditions in places, though the baskets (with one exception) were not in muddy areas. The double tee layout gets you to 18 holes, but there isn't a ton of variety due to the lack of elevation. Pretty righty friendly, but a couple of right-turn required shots mixed in. Nothing heroic about distances. If this course got busy with the double tees and proximity of baskets to tees in a few locations, there could be some 'FORE!!' opportunities.

Parking is on the street that splits the course. This limits the number of vehicles that can be there without hindering the neighborhood traffic. No amenities such as garbage cans (I think one at hole 1?) and benches really.

I only played the 9-hole version of this course do to time available, but there isn't a ton of difference between the two tees on most holes, usually just a slight change in distance or line. However, when available the 2nd tee pad does add some variety. It's a straight par 3 course throughout and very beginner friendly, but still had some fun, forced lines and a couple of tunnel shots to keep you honest. A bit of a drive off of I-40 but a nice break to a long drive.

This is a new course that they are working on. Currently there are no tee signs but really they arent needed. There are plans for a few alternate baskets in the near future.

This is a good course if you are a more advanced player with a beginner buddy. It has short open holes that are fun for beginners but still challenge more advanced players. My league has plalyed this course several times and the best players have hit mid 40s with rec guys like me still able to crack into the upper 50s.

The course is quiet in a good neighborhood and is mowed by the school. Unfortunately they tend to let some areas of the course get pretty tall before they mow it. The baskets are well placed to give a challenge but the tees for 5 and 14 are right behind one another making the holes give you the "didnt i just play this" feeling.

Overall it is a good course for beginners but will be overshadowed by other local courses for more advanced players.
