Pros:

The course plays through a grassy area on a college campus. There are some small elevation changes that come into play on a few holes, adding a little bit of variety. Many of the holes have some scattered trees to work around. Several baskets are well protected, you'll have trouble getting to the pin if you don't plan your approach to these holes. There is some variety in lengths with several shorter ace run type holes and a few nice long shots where you can open up a little. The signage is basic but adequate, and the baskets are in great shape. The grass was all mowed short when I played, and I didn't see any trash or vandalism, always a positive on a college campus course.

Cons:

I prefer to see college campus courses that don't have long wide open holes, those tend to frustrate newer players and don't present the best opportunity for exposing students to the fun the sport has to offer. The tees are grass, and could get pretty rutted out and muddy with much traffic. Nearly every hole is either wide open or set up for a RHBH hyzer, a little more variety in hole shape would make this course more interesting and challenge players to learn different shots.

Other Thoughts:

This course unfortunately isn't the best design for newer players or for more experienced players. New players will enjoy the shorter, more technical holes, especially since there isn't awful punishment for errant shots. The long open shots might be frustrating for those newer players though, just throwing several shots across an open field isn't any fun. More experienced players will find some fun short game work and some interesting putting greens, but overall there just aren't any real interesting challenges or much variety.
