Pros:
1) Discatchers in decent shape.
2) Decent elevation change . . . up on the first hole (assuming you throw from near the parking lot), #2 is across the slope and slightly downhill, and #3 is down the hill.
3) Multiple random tee areas could make some good interesting holes.
4) Beginner friendly and good advertising for the sport!!!!
Cons:
1) I didn't see any actual tee areas, but they are just grass tees anyways.
2) It's a shame the Oak trees really don't come into play from where I figured #1 tee was, but you can play from wherever you want really.
Other Thoughts:
This is the best practice facility I have been to (and we have like 4 or 5 that I have played in WI), and if there were actual tees I would say this should be listed as a course. The baskets are numbered so it plays like a course.
I gave it a .5 disc because if I lived in those trailers right next to the course, you would find me out here all the time putting, throwing upshots and making new holes.
