Pros:
Good variety of shots.
No water to worry about.
Baskets were in good condition.
Well maintained course and grounds.
Not crowded when school is out for the summer.
Multiple tee locations allow for 18 holes to be played

Multiple tees can be confusing on some holes.
Tee posts (which mark the tees) are in disrepair.

Other Thoughts:
We really enjoyed this course. I was surprised it had been scored so low. It has good variety and would be very enjoyable for beginner and intermediate. There are some long shots for the advanced and though the advanced may feel it lacks real challenging shots, they will still enjoy a very playable course. I enjoyed it more than many courses I have played that were rated much higher.
