Pros:
nice tee pads and new baskets. good tee signs and benches.

Other Thoughts:
I played this for the first time last night, and I know courses take a little time to break in and get worked out, but this one was just kinda messy. The flow is pretty bad, most courses you can navigate pretty intuitively, this place everyone I talked to had some advice on how to navigate. They had to remove a hole because it was coming too close to a parking lot. To get to hole number 14 you have to walk past four other holes.
The other main problem I have is the shot shapes, there were a many that were good and fair, but there were at least three that I can think of that are just walls of trees with no real route, just throw and hope.
so maybe with some tweaking and some time to break in, it will get better, I'll still play this course but I don't think it is well designed.
