Pros:

This is a small park with a nice little disc golf course, lots of mature trees, no underbrush and a few rolling hills. Navigation is easy, there are tee signs that list distance and concrete pads which looked like they'd just been poured when I was there 7/22/13.

The mature trees give multiple routes to the basket on a few holes and while it is mostly wooded, there are a couple more open holes to add to the variety. The course is fairly short with maybe one hole over 300 feet. While this lack of distance makes course sound easy, the few hills and abundance of trees are enough to keep it interesting.

While this is a small park, it has been designed well to keep you from throwing at shelters and playgrounds. There is a small park road that could come in play with a bad shot on a few of the holes, but it should be easy to tell if a car is coming.

Cons:

Hole 9 had some low hanging branches keeping the fairway from being very fair.

Not very challenging.

Other Thoughts:

Really aren't many cons about this course when you consider it's a small plot of land that's used to it's fullest extent and safely exists with a couple other things in the park. It's a fun little course that's good for newer golfers since it's shorter and with no underbrush to loose discs. There is a pond to the right of hole 1 which could come into play, but it's not so close it's a serious threat.

Great course for the locals to get started on before they tackle the great challenge Rollin Ridge presents just down the road.
