Pros:
Out-of-bounds on every hole that will add strokes to your score if you don't avoid it, but will not hide/wash away your disc, nor scratch you/give you a rash/add parasites, as most typical ob tends to do.
Two tee locations per hole. Each hole has a rubber tee pad, 6'x12'. Thirteen holes have concrete teepads, 3'x12'. The other five holes have their second tee location painted on the road.
Two nine-hole loops Three pin positions per hole. Signs at teepad indicate current position of the basket.
Practice basket. A few benches. Bathroom on site. Plenty of parking. Not far from food and petrol options.
Cons:
Half the teesigns were at the longs, half at the shorts, and some of the distances didn't seem correct. Some of the teepads which didn't have signs at them were difficult to find, although we did eventually discover them all. An update to the map and signs would be a great improvement.
Not a whole lot of elevation changes. Nothing tight/wooded for any significant duration.
Other Thoughts:
Course plays at the back of a public park, located in a former housing area. While the houses are gone, the patches/lines of mid-sized trees and the roads remain. The treelines will typically line one side of the fairway, and the ob-roads the other, creating fairways of a variety of width, but nothing extremely tight. Scattered trees are used to create early windows to be hit, or force right/left turns at the midpoint, or to somewhat guard the basket late.
Variety in distance is good, as the pin positions and tee locations, for the most part, differ quite a bit. The day we played, the course was in a B-C-A rotation, so six of each position. Ace runs/birdy opportunities were common for the 'A', scoring a '3' on the 'C's was quite challenging, even when throwing well, and the 'B's were fairly standard pars, but with opportunity to birdy - or bogey!
Variety in shot-shaping is also good - balanced blend of lefts/rights/straights needed from the tee. Many holes will offer you choices of how to attack the basket, often narrower-but-away-from-the-ob, or broader-but-ob-nearby - makes you consider your options before you throw.
The designers did a very good job with the resources they had to work with when creating this course. Although a bit out of the way/not near any other courses, it is a good play - find a reason/excuse to be in the area, and give it a play!
