Pros:
Locally donated orange powder coated Mach 3's, three of them placed by the shore.
Numbers on baskets help navigation.
Variety of distances, 400, 489, & 590 being the longest.
Fun ob's throughout and mando on hole 16.
Numbered cones mark the natural tees.
Wind off lake adds challenge.
Makes a perfect compliment course to it's big brother.
Cons:
Navigation can be hard but not overwelming, map at beginning of other course.
Little left/ right variation, most are straight or straightish.
Other Thoughts:
I have played this course in both fall and winter.
Tips for navigation: the course is basically split in two, 1-8,17&18 and then the rest are over by the other course. If your in the parking lot by the other course( in sight will be a stone wall and a practice basket in the parking lot) and are not comfortable with navigating this course- take a left out of the parking lot and drive down to the other parking. Hole one is at the beach center. Basket is left one.
