This place was AMAZING ! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 2, 2015 Played the course:once

Pros:

EVERYTHING: TEES, Hole design, FLOW, Bathrooms, Alum. benches, HD Tee signs. Well Kept, Green-way there but designed to be accesible but not in the way. IMO, The best in ALABAMA !

Cons:

Nothing other than the length which only some people find tho be a con.

Other Thoughts:

This place is great and is definitely worth the trip if you love great courses. We played in the rain the day we were there and yet still give it a 5 rating. Drainage and course so great!

Great for Long Throws 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 4, 2014 Played the course:once

Pros:

- Wide variety of shots
- Some very long holes
- Well maintained
- Good signage
- Bench at every tee pad
- Very challenging

Cons:

- Sometimes difficult to determine pin position when the basket isn't visible from the tee
- Course can become very difficult for people who don't throw very far

Other Thoughts:

This course was very nice and definitely one of my favorites. The park can be busy at times and there may be some waiting for joggers or bikers to pass by before you throw.

Amazing!!! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 11, 2010 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Excellent variety of long, short, wooded, open, left, right, uphill, downhill... You get the picture. This sucker is LONG, so prepare for a hike! Large, well-designed map at the start of the course tells you everything you need to know. Very nice signs at each pad. Multiple pad and pin positions on several holes make for excellent variety potential. Concrete pads are large and in great condition. DISCatcher baskets, top of the line. A very scenic course that is new, but should become a championship-level course in the next few years. Don't be surprised when a major event comes here.

Cons:

Not for beginners! I'm not sure who is responsible for maintenence on the course, but some of the "fairways" have knee-deep grass, and I did not enjoy searching 15 minutes for a perfectly thrown drive in the middle of the fairway. Long walks between holes 2 and 3, as well as 3 and 4. Otherwise, this is a winner of a course. Maintenence is my largest concern by far. Someone has to cut that grass more often in the summer!!!

INDIAN CREEK DGC 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 14, 2010 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Best course ive ever played! great layout and mixture of open and wooded holes. mowed fairways and putting circles around each basket! Water on some holes but not too hazardous! Not close to busy traffic or loud noise, really peaceful until someone misses that 10 foot putt hahah! A and B holes. fun long rip it holes and great short tunnel vision ones. RECAMEND!!!! Go play it

Cons:

walk to hole 3 was a little tricky, wouldnt hurt to have some next tee signs but thats it

Other Thoughts:

Might want to print out a map on the comp, but there is a big one at the course so its your call
