Pros:

short and easy access

Cons:

lots of crossing, Mashnut pretty much summup these !

Other Thoughts:

i agree with what Mashnut said, but it need to be point out that the Stokes brewery is 5mn away from the course ! nothin like a fresh beer after a good play ;D
