Hole #9 is a dream-come-true for RHB and LHF throwers. There is a big curve left after about 150 ft., and if you can send your drive right down the open fairway to the right, let your disc break naturally and there is no way you don't finish this hole with par.

Regardless of how you may interpret the picture of hole #8, the difficulty is very misleading. If there is a hole at Jack Mattox where you really have a good chance at finishing in two, it is hole #8. There are many trees, but the majority run down the middle of the fairway. Regardless of how you drive, I am predominately RHB, you have a good chance of landing within 10 yards of the basket.
