Pros:
This course is set on a hillside, and a few holes take advantage of the elevation change, with holes 4 and 7 going up, and hole 8 being a fun shot down the hill.
By far the best thing about this course is the extended layout that skips or lengthens some holes and includes several tonals behind the school and in the otherwise untouched fields. If you can find a local to show you where they are, then it is certainly the most challenging course within Vancouver.
Cons:
The basic 9 hole layout here is quite short, and very easy. Every hole is a potential birdie with a tee shot using a slow fairway driver at most. Don't come here for a challenge if you're an experienced player, unless you're going to play a safari round or use the tonals located around the backside of the schools.
With the exception of hole 6, the tee pads are either dirt or carpet with roots that are begging to help roll your ankle. Pay close attention to your footwork, or take your tee shot just off to the side on a grassy patch to avoid any potential injury.
Other Thoughts:
If you are a beginner, or introducing someone to the game, the 9 hole layout is a great setup, without too many consequences for bad shots. Even someone who has never thrown any type of frisbee might get par on a hole or two. There is also a practice basket next to the parking lot that you can explain the concept of the game and warmup without getting in anyone's way.
