Pros:

Multiple tees. Concrete tees that are very wide. Well maintained. Easy to find your way around.

Cons:

A short unchallenging course. Not many different shots required.

Other Thoughts:

If you live right near the course it is worth playing but if you have to drive more than 10 minutes to get there it's not worth playing.
