Pros:

This course was a fun ace race for a quick stop while driving thru the area. Park looks to be kept mowed and clean. Nice use of the limited trees/elevation change and roads (for OB) to give you choices on how to attack the holes

Restrooms and other amenities available

Cons:

Some people will say the course is to short but for a friendly casual round it was a blast with a mid and putter - one hole where I used a fairway driver

No tee pads but they did a good job at facing everything correctly to where you can see the number on the basket

Parts or the course are wide open spaces with no shade

Other Thoughts:

If the course doesn't put you out of your way and you want to bag a shorty in 30 minutes this is the course for you

Pros:

New course in a town without one before. New DISCatchers, Reasonable hole distance for 1st community course. easy to make a safari course for the more exp. player. Good use of the available terrain. No underbrush to lose a disc.

Cons:

No kiosk, to inform park users what the sports about and how to play. No concrete tees. No Alt. tee pads or pin locations. Some tees are to close to the prior DISCatcher. Some holes could have used the terrain better. #3 and #5 DISCatchers to close to next tee.

Other Thoughts:

#1-175', #2-175', #3-345', #4-135', #5-205', #6-160', #7-160', #8-210', #9-200'. Avg. hole length 196'. Good "feeder" course to the Ft. Wayne area. From I-69 its about 30 minutes East on 224. Took me about 25 minutes for a round of 9. If you need to hear some chains, and are a Exp. player, it would be easy to make a decent Safari round.
