Nice small park but big enough to spread a decent nine-hole rec course into. One decent tee, unusual wooden tee signs that show the hole layout and distance, and one nice basket per hole. Possibly the most benches, picnic tables, garbage cans, etc that I have ever seen on a rec nine-hole course. A playground for the kiddies and a somewhat rustic but functional restroom.

The course features holes in the 200-400 foot range with plenty of trees to negotiate. Navigation is mostly super easy except for the transition from 6's basket to 7's tee. It's across the road and hiding behind a ridge. The course was clean and mowed tight. I had a fun round here and my wife enjoyed the walk around.

The nags are mostly minor. There is one hole that throws over the park road and one that throws down it. Not a problem when I was there on a Wednesday morning as we had the whole park to ourselves.

The urinal in the men's room was a little on the high side. I'm 6'1" and had to stretch to reach it. It is the only restroom in sight. I wonder how many kids or short people have walked in and said, "what the heck man?".

The wooden tee signs are ok, for now. Just wondering how they are going to age. Also, they could use a little paint to protect them and make them stand out and easier to interpret.

A decent local par 3 course fun for all and a great place to introduce new throwers. A good course also for traveling throwers and those on vacation that want a casual experience or can't get to some of the areas better courses.
