Pros:
Good practice course. Holes not very long in length, mature trees strategically placed require thought before throw, also some tough OB and water hazard guarding. Thankfully the water isn't too deep unless you throw into the bay, then good luck. I typically play red tees, however, white tees (same tees just different pars) make great for beginners.
Cons:
Gets pretty muddy when the ground is moist. Don't recommend going out after some good rain or snow.
