Ain't Much

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 16, 2023 Played the course:once

Pros:

Has 8 baskets
nice shade tree's
some elevation
Hanging basket

Cons:

Old Innova practice baskets
nothing marking tee's. Found a turf tee and hole one uses a short sidewalk

Other Thoughts:

This was listed in the other app as a 9 hole object course, but I saw a post saying it had baskets so I headed over there to check it out.

This is a small property that has just enough room for a small 9 hole course, hole 1 has you throwing from a short cement sidewalk all the way down to the east corner of the property. Actually a decent hole.

Hole 2 does have a turf tee box that was almost totally overgrown. The spot that the other app had for the basket was empty so I just played the closest tree.

Hole 3 does not have anything marking a tee, but the basket is a hanging basket and is a nice ace run shot.

This is where it got interesting, Hole 4 on the app show a long hole over the hill, but when I got to the top of the hill there was a basket not listed. The baskets are all portable so either they changed the course or someone moved one of the baskets.

So for hole 4, I walked back near basket 3 and threw up the hill to the unmarked basket.

There was a bare spot (like a tee area) near this basket in the direction of the next basket, so I threw that downhill shot as hole 5

What was listed as hole 5 on the app did not have a basket so I skipped it and went to hole 6, some construction equipment in the way, but it was playable.

In fact, holes 7, 8 and 9 all were there but nothing marking tee areas.

It would not take much to fix this into a nice little pitch and putt course across the church campus. But because of the condition it was in, I can only give it 1 disc rating.

Would I play here again? No, there are much better small courses in the area, no reason to play here again. it's a one and done.
