At least the baskets are nice!

Pros:
There are baskets, nice, like new Mach Vs. Nice tee signs with distance and par.
Located in a very nice Neo-traditional neighborhood, "course" is located along side a nice looking pond with plenty of waterfowl.

Cons:
Only 4 baskets for this 9 hole "course". Since there are multiple "holes" playing to common baskets, with some of them blind throws, even players (who know what they are doing) could get injured.
These baskets are located on a very narrow section of property, between the pond and a neighborhood sidewalk that probably gets a lot of walkers.
Several blind shots, along the sidewalk and around trees to areas with benches. Also, a few holes across the pond to small grass areas that slope down to the pond.

Other Thoughts:
Its nice to see baskets put in this nice neighborhood to introduce new players to the game, or just provide a practice area for more experienced players. But this area is not the place for this, well, not for a "course". There is at least one open grass area that does not have a basket, not sure why that area was not used.
If anyone would bring their kids, or family, here to try the game, there is no telling how many discs would end up in the pond, near pedestrians or into the nearby street possibly hitting a passing car.
In order to avoid injuries and polluting the pond with errand plastic, the 4 baskets should be moved into the four largest grass areas, then tee signs put up around these areas to designate holes. Everything should be in the 50-100' range so that if more than one person is throwing to the same basket, they will be able to see each other.
I'm pretty comfortable with this assessment after talking with a resident out walking his dog the day I was there. He said I was the first person he's ever seen there playing this course! I told him I was just making throws I was confident wouldn't end up in the water and bagging another course in my total.
It took me a while to decide on a rating for this course, then I read the titles of each. "Passable" seems perfect for this course, if you need some putting practice or just want to bag another course, this course PASSes the test. But, if you want a decent course or hate to lose discs, you better PASS on this one!!
