Fun course, don’t bring a new player 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 11, 2021 Played the course:once

Pros:

Fun technical holes to play, especially if you like playing around trees. The map at the beginning of the course is useful. There\'s a FB group if you like that thing.

Cons:

Don\'t bring a first timer here, it\'s a bit tight on the wooded shots. I had to go search hard in the brush at times on several bad shots of mine. The map for the course is useful but not super accurate. Take it\'s layout with a grain of salt.

Other Thoughts:

Overall a fun course to play but can be frustrating at times too depending on your level of play.

Good for a quickie 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 1, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

18 high quality DD baskets. Tee signs show hole#, distance, and par. Good variety of left, right, straight, uphill, downhill, tight and open, as well as (relatively) long and short. There are Helpful navigational arrows on trees that point to basket on blind shots, and on paths between holes to find next tee. I played all 18 alone in just under one hour on my first visit. Bathrooms on site (porta Potties). Ample parking.

Cons:

Some fairways were a bit overgrown and could have used a trim. No long shots or bombers here (this can also be a pro - it plays quick). Hole 16 has a safety issue. It's a downhill right turn whose fairway includes a sidewalk and even the street itself. Good idea, bad execution.

Other Thoughts:

I was a little disappointed the pond was not part of the course design. I always like throwing over water. Nice little course to keep up your skills. Some holes would make great safari holes.
