Pros:
Layout of the course is simple. Easy to move from hole to hole. Love some of the tee pads are made out of paver stones. Good for beginner to play at; not to many obstacles unless you're playing #1 or #9 with roadway to parking lot (minor).
Cons:
Minor con, as mentioned above, #1 and #9 can be tricky for beginners to play over creek.
Other Thoughts:
Best time to play is early spring or late fall to avoid playing around neighborhood residents using park. Best course to practice drives/mid-range shots.
