Baskets are still in the ground but the weeds, thorns and trees are 3 to 7 feet tall, including in the tee boxes. Has not been mowed in 2023 and probably won't be anytime soon.
A complement to the brewery. This course follows a valley behind the brewery and borders the actual Lickinghole Creek, but there is no water in play. The first 6 holes are very technical, with dense foliage off the fairway. Nice elevation changes as the holes wind through up and down terrain. The last 3 holes are more open and you can stretch your wings a bit.
I-64 to exit 159. Head south on US-522 for 2.5 miles to a right onto State Route 673 followed by a left onto State Route 614. Continue for 1.3 miles to a right onto State Route 613. Drive for 3.6 miles to a left onto State Route 615. Stay on 615 for 0.8 miles to a right onto Knolls Point Dr. The brewery will be on the left in 0.8 miles.
First tee- about 500 ft or so from the brewery near a stand of trees. (From the patio you see basket 8 farthest to the left and basket 6 right of that.) Hole 1 tee is right of basket 6. Tees are marked by barrels with the hole number on it.
