- Well maintained park course with moderate woods that allow you to both bomb it off a number of tees and requires an average amount of shot shaping around trees.
- Plenty of parking.
- Decent amount of shade with the tall, old trees.
- A nice balance of short and moderate distances, nothing crazy long here.
- Great long concrete tees.
- No chance of losing a disc as there's no water and no rough anywhere.

- Wind likely to be a challenging factor 9 out of 10 visits here, like nearly every course in the region.

- It's the busiest course in town (for good reason).

- No particularly memorable hole(s); many somewhat blend together.

- The par number has been scratched off of a lot of the tee signs, leaving you wondering what it should be unless you're a DGCR member or Google brought you here.

- Personally, I think it's lazy to just call every hole par 3 regardless of distance or difficulty. Many places I've played would consider a couple of the holes here as par 4 (#14 and #17). Those two are long par 3's according to the pars listed here, which makes them challenging to get par... I wonder if they're actually meant to be par 4's, given that most other courses in the area seem to consider 500ft+ holes as par 4? Can't be sure though thanks to the tee signs having the par number scratched off...

- Since there's no true 'hazards' to speak of, it's a great course to play in the SNOW! I've done this many times, and it's under snow half of the year, so give it a try!

- You're pretty much guaranteed to have a fun round here due to it's very traditional feel and level of difficulty. For those reasons, it's probably my favorite course in the Grand Forks area. Expect to get around par here.

- Located in nice, clean park with clean, modern facilities like pavilions and restrooms across the street from hole 1.
- The many mature trees add obstacles and great scenic value
- In an otherwise flat state, this park has a small amount of elevation change which adds to its attraction.
- Tees are rectangular concrete and well sized
- Baskets are well maintained, though the older nickel style
- Since this course is used a lot, the grass around the baskets doesn't grow so bark/mulch has been spread around the base of tees and tee pads which alleviates mud problems in wet weather.
- Course is very easy to follow as the signs show you where the basket is located and where the next tee is. Also, the next tee pad is easy to spot from the basket.
- Garbage cans at most tees
- Alternate tees without concrete are located 20 or so feet from the concrete main tee pad and designated by a 4x4 post with painted sign on it.
- Tee pads are aligned toward baskets to aid in spotting baskets

- Some of the signs are wearing and some of the info on them is no longer visible.
- The old baskets are not painted. They're chain gray and were a little harder to spot on an overcast evening.

Another 18 holes course, Lincoln Drive Park - The Loops starts next to the basket of hole 18 of this course. Very convenient.
- Course is easy to find. Upon entering the park from Lincoln Drive, turn left into the parking lot on the left and park near the restroom. Hole 1 is across the street.

Clean, well maintained, cement tees, mixed challenges involving *some* elevation, trees, and open-to-wind channels.

Baskets and chains are in good shape.

Garbage cans at most (if not all) tees.

Benches scattered throughout.

Wildlife in the area is active.

Diverse tree population and most are quite old. Creates a nice mix of scenery and change in obstacles.

Mulch is placed around basket and tees.

Women's tees available (not cement).

The history of that area (1997 flood) can be found hidden in the ground with random pieces of old house foundations barely visible in the dirt, old drainage areas, etc.

The basket locator 'dot' could use a repaint.

Informative tee posts telling you about the distance and location of the basket could be updated. (Some numbers have been scratched off)

For the Grand Forks area, nothing beats this course. Eighteen great and memorable holes (1, 13 and 15 are my favorite!). If the tee signage was fixed and the baskets were repainted, I would have scored this a 4.5.

Excellent course, concrete tees, and good if not "new" baskets. A great mix of shots. Very good use of terrain, trees , and even a little elevation. The holes offer enough challenge for better players without anything to scare away beginners.

Mostly flat, no hazards and no rough. There was no course map either online or on site, this wasn't that much of a problem because of a great layout and all the people playing so i had someone to follow.

-Teepads - Large, smooth concrete pads
-Signage - Well placed signs informing of length and location of next tee
-Use of Terrain - Use of trees and slight elevation changes was well utilized throughout
-Short walks between holes - Course flows well and plays quickly
-Accessibility - Easy to find from the interstate, with plenty of parking and park amenities nearby

-Baskets - Some baskets were in poor condition, and the grey color was hard to see from a distance
-Lack of variety - Hardly any left-to-right shots were required, making most holes seem kind of the same
-Mosquitos - the day I played, the mosquitos were out in full force, and there were clouds of them under the trees

All in all, a great course to play if you are within a short distance or driving through. A fun course to play inside a well-maintained park, and some challenges abound. A good course for all skill levels.

Course is very clean, regular trash cans are present. The fairways were all mowed nicely. Generally the course is well-kept 9/10

It's pretty easy to navigate. The walks from pin to pad are some of the shortest I've ever played, which makes the course pretty natural to navigate. The signage is passable and footage is marked.

Great use has been made of almost every cluster of trees - prepare for many early windows and narrow gaps. This lends itself to some interesting risk/reward decisions.

Baskets are in fair shape. If I remember correctly, though, a few could use a little minor repair (some baskets were a bit bent, but not broken)

Pretty decent mix of shot length, though there were VERY few short holes. There was little terrain to warrant a short technical type of shot.

Little elevation play, though it's hard to hold that against a course in Grand Forks.

The course gets a little monotonous at times. While each hole is unique and plays well in itself, the course really blends together. Most holes seem to play a middle-to-long accurate drive through one of several openings.

The course plays very quickly, since there's almost no time spent looking for discs usually. With few punishing traps, you can relax a bit and play a pretty casual game.

Overall the course is a great time; definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

this course was a really fun with lots of replay value. the holes were all marked with signs showing both pars and directions. the terrain was great with hills and trees nicely placed. it was also easy to find your disc if you misthrew!

a lot of the tees could sometimes be muddy

this was the first course i played on and it was a good one. i moved from Grand Forks a long time ago, but i will never forget this course.
