Holes 1, 10, 19 start near facility (and separate pitch&putt).
Next tee arrows inside basket. Follow green stakes and trails between holes. Benches at most holes. Bring water!
Long and can be strenuous. Facility has bathroom, shade, picnic table, bbq, and water fountain (off in winter).
Recreation players: consider playing the Pitch & Putt (blue baskets) and Lower Loop with alternate red baskets.

Lower Loop RED: 12 shorter holes (red and yellow baskets)
Sandy high desert with juniper trees up to 30' tall. Granite outcrops and dry creeks on rough slopes. Native brush, sage, and cactus. Elevations changes with very thick juniper guardians.
The course favors controlled power shots in a fairly open landscape. Watch discs land (easy to lose in sage). Can be windy in afternoon.
Public park on outskirts. Lock your car. Careful of theft!
Protect the course.
Careful with fire!
Don't break trees.
Watch out for delicate cactus.
Pack it out trash policy.

Local Directions:
Located approx 5 miles north of Reno/Sparks in Sun Valley Regional Park at 5905 Sidehill Drive, north off of 7th St. in Sun Valley.
At the end of Sidehill, turn left into the park entrance across from Esther Bennett Elementary School. Follow the access road to the park facility.
From the south off US395, take the Sun Valley Blvd Exit and continue on Sun Valley Blvd a few miles, turn left on 7th street, turn right on Sidehill.
From the west off US395, take the Golden Valley Exit and continue a few miles over the hill where it turns into 7th Street, turn left on Sidehill.
From the east off Pyramid Highway, take Highland Ranch Pkwy and continue over the hill, turn left on Sun Valley Blvd, turn right on 7th Street, turn right on Sidehill.
