Pros:
Beginners: A fun course to learn on.
Advanced/Pro: A great place to practice or even play a couple rounds. Good mixture of short, long, technical.

Cons:
I remember a couple years ago, the park was flooding a lot, the grass was dying and it smelled terrible. Sometimes you get huge groups of kids that will hold up smaller groups but for the most part people will let you play through..
Other Thoughts:
I don't see why this place doesn't have a higher rating. It's a great place to play. -Especially since there's not a lot of great 9 hole courses here (that I've played) anyway.
