Pros:
Easily accessible with an abundance of parking. A round just takes about 40 minutes, but you are rewarded with a great mix of uphill / downhill shots, open to wooded greens and some nice vistas. The greens are usually well kept & mowed.
I also like that they went the extra mile and came up with names for their holes (e.g. "Chains Addiction" or "Hank's run" honoring the late Hank Snyder)
Cons:
Muddy Tees on the second half of the course. Also, you can lose your discs on 6 (overgrown ditch left) 7 (weeds left at the bottom of the drop) and 9 (I've been in Lindeman's Pond several times)
Other Thoughts:
It's a fun little course and you can always sneak in a quick round right before dinner (or play multiple and make it an afternoon). The 2 drops (4 and 7) are by far my favorite holes. Also, I had tons of nature appreciation moments with nosy deer coming out to check on my drives. Most college kids start their rounds at 4 as this is right up on the hill where the dorms are.
