Pros:

This course has a lot to offer. There is pretty good variation between the holes. The pro and am boxes make a pretty big difference on several of the holes. They also move the baskets pretty regularly, so there is some nice variation.
Hole #11 really is an amazing hole. You tee off from on top of a cliff, land in a field short of the lake, and then have to throw across the lake to land near the basket, which is situated on a narrow peninsula.

Cons:

The course can be pretty long and windy, so you will likely need at least a decent arm.

Also, when the pins are in the short location, the course can get pretty repetitive.

The biggest drawback can be that it is a pretty heavily used park (especially on the weekends), so families tend to move in and camp out right in the middle of the fairways.

The back half of the course can be a little difficult to find.

Other Thoughts:

Overall, this is an excellent course. I would recommend playing it if you are anywhere near Lubbock.
