Pros:
Only course (that I know of) that is accessible by the Paris metro system (end of line M13 + 2 km walk).
The grounds are well maintained; park is mainly soccer fields.
Cons:
Only playable if there are no soccer clubs at play. Some baskets are only a few feet away from soccer fields (literally).
At one time there were 12 baskets (per course info), but only 7 exist as of 21 July 2012. The baskets themselves are in disrepair. Only two are complete; most have many chains missing (one is completely naked!). The only two tee signs happen to be for baskets that no longer exist. Nothing else is marked. It looks like no one plays there at all. The course is in sad, sad shape. (grounds are superbly mowed, though)
Other Thoughts:
It's the only place easily accessible by Paris metro system, so at least it can satisfy the urge to throw some plastic! When there is no soccer going on, there is plenty of room to use as a driving range, so you can go all-out! Don't come expecting an actual disc golf course, though - it just doesn't qualify.
