Pros:
Multiple tee and pin positions
Discatcher baskets
Easy navigation and excellent signage
Perfect blend of distances, elevation, open vs. wooded, left/right pin positions.
Plentiful parking, restrooms, picnic area.
Cons:
Gravel tee box's (I assume they will be upgraded to concrete eventually)
A way to mark pin positions on the tee signs is needed.
Other Thoughts:
As a 865 rated player I certainly did not expect to shoot under par at this course. I do, however, enjoy the challenge of champion level courses. Which Mayflower Hills certainly is. Once more permanent tee pads are installed this course will likely become a destination course for the entire region. The planning, design and execution of many details on this course are a real treat. An incredibly beautiful course that is must see if you're in the area.
