Pros:
Nice park, decent variety of terrain, good baskets.
Cons:
Navigation nightmare. Like others have said, the front 9 is decent and pretty easy to figure out. We couldn't find the tee box for 10, but ended up finding the basket after we skipped it. Even after finding the basket, it didn't make much sense. Terrible attempt at a woods hole. They should just take this basket out and relocate it for a practice basket.
Many missing signs. We eventually figured out where almost everything was supposed to be, but come on!! A sign telling you to take the sidewalk down the street to the 17th tee would have been helpful. Hole 18? or 9? seemed like an afterthought. Not sure where the tee was supposed to be for that one.

Other Thoughts:
With some signs and a map at the 1st tee, this course could be a solid 4. Put some finishing touches on it and make it a decent course!! It wouldn't take much.
