Pros:
Fun opening hole 1 as a little RHBH hyzer with a low ceiling. You're probably going to be alone when you're here. Hole two is also a fun one - almost all of the trees are in these first two holes.
Cons:
Short, open, plays through a volleyball area, near the road, and around the school. Most holes are too short or open to be challenging with the rest too long or open to be fun.
Other Thoughts:
There are better options in the area clearly. It's an after school activity or after work activity for super locals. Course baggers can get it in under 30 minutes.
