Pros:
The land this course on is very nice. There are great elevation changes, mature trees, trails and a small creek running through the property. It is also very close to route 95 which makes getting to it easily if you are in the area.
Cons:
-No teepads
-No bathrooms, water fountains
-Baskets are the worst I have encountered
-some holes end at the same basket or a pole
-By far the worst part of this course is the navigation. The signage is horrible

Other Thoughts:
Overall this course is ranked higher by others because of the lack of options in the area. It was fun to jog around the woods searching but really if you aren't a local you'll get lost because I play a good deal and haven't had issues getting lost before I came here. I suspect the people who made this course enjoy and don't mind if out of towners get lost.
