Pros:
Challenging course. Enjoyed the holes and layout.
With a little work this course could be a personal favorite.

Poor Tee Pads. Made a run up really challenging.
There were a couple holes that need to see some adjustment..

Other Thoughts:
A couple of the holes need some work to meet the level of the majority of the course. Adjustment to a couple holes and acceptable tee pads would make this course a top notch course.

Pros:
Most of the holes are designed better than most courses.
Cons:
Tee Pads
Most concrete tee pads are way too short. Some holes are just dirt. On a perfect day with totally dry ground might not be an issue.
I don't like luck in a hole design.
Hole 7 and 13 are way too much luck involved.
Hole 9 is pretty close to that as well.

Other Thoughts:
The course is a little over rated in my opinion. Don't get me wrong it is a great course but the cons weigh it down significantly for me.
If it were not for the number of fantastically designed holes this would just be an OK course. But with a few small tweaks (and probably tons of time and some money) this could be a world class course.
