Pros:
-Good beginner course in a good part of town in a clean park
-Very few holes that require RHBH or RHFH drives so any player can be successful
-Concrete tees that are enjoyable to throw off
-Signs are to the point and easy to understand
-Baskets are in good shape
-Enough variety to keep players of lower and intermediate levels entertained
-Course layout is very easy to understand
Cons:
-The back 9 is pretty repetitive, it mainly consists of zigzagging back and forth across the park, no real elevation or trees to deal with
-OB is very punishing to players whose discs find their way in to the woods. Very thick undergrowth, as is par for the course (no pun intended) in this area of the country. Not necessarily a bad thing though
-Higher level players will most likely grow bored of the simple hole layout and repetitiveness
-The longest hole on the course, Hole 7, measures to be 376 and is listed as a par 5, as well as hole 16, which is 296 but is listed as a par 4. This is a very small nitpick but I figured I would include this anyways, though it doesn't make much of a difference
-Higher level players may grow tired of the courses simple layout and lack of obstacles
-Tee pads are the smallest of any tee pads I've ever played.
Other Thoughts:
All in all, this is a very good course to get new players into the game of disc golf. Being my hometown course, I play here at least 3 times a week and still thoroughly enjoy it. If you are in the area and are interested in a nice round of disc golf with minimal stress this is a great course to check out
