Pros:

+tees & baskets
+mowed grass & mature trees
+lots of parking
+not busy (generally)
+tank

Cons:

-playing near streets, sidewalks, fences, ball parks, & buildings
-some baskets are starting to lean.
-mostly open shots
-other park users
-navigation -most of the little signs in the pics here are no longer present (udisc it for map)

Other Thoughts:

neptune park has soccer fields, pickleball courts, baseball, and picnic tables; the disc golf plays through or near them, so if they're being used you may have to skip holes. the pool is right off of 9/parking lot; a hot summer day might make that area full of people. the town of rupert isn't very big, so it's unlikely these will ever be busy, but there is a chance.
some interesting & semi-challenging shots playing sidewalks & streets ob, but the majority of holes are open shots in a park. it looks like they put pickleball courts in after the design, so hole 7 is playing directly across them. hole 2 is likely the most challenging, with the basket at the end of a line of trees; but some might say 7 is difficult because you play across 3 different chain link fences with 2 large cottonwoods in the middle.
this is an easy stop if you're on your way to play walcott, but not worth the 6 miles (12 roundtrip) off i-84 on it's own.
