This course was easily the most beautiful course I have played in the state of Indiana. The lake, mature maples, and the rustic gravel road that follows the course around the lake make for numerous vistas that are sure to make your day.

As far as the holes go, the first nine don't provide as much variety as I would have liked. Nearly every hole on the front nine strongly favors a RHBH player. The back nine, however, provide tons of variety so all in all it was a very fun and technically challenging course.

The course was difficult to find. When you get off of I-70 you need to go past the church and take a U-turn to get back to the road that takes you to the course.

There are no concrete pads which is usually fine, but some of the tees were set up so you have to start your run up in a ditch, or on a down hill, or sometimes on the edge of the woods.

I really enjoyed this course, but I would not recommend it to beginners because of the length of the holes and the ever-present water hazard.

Lots of pros! The course plays counter clockwise around a nice 45+ acre lake. Lots of big mature trees and areas of heavy underbrush, create many alleys and fairways. Each hole has a Blue Pro tee and Red Am tees, plus A, B & C pin locations on every hole. The 'A' pins are all shorter and make a great layout for kids and newer players. The 'B' pins are the standard day-to-day playing pins and a solid challenge. The 'C' pins are longer, tougher and have more risk. Requires a variety of shots, as virtually all holes involve water to some extent or another, plus a wide variety of holes, from open huck monsters, to multiple fairways (do I go anhyser, straight or hyzer) or tight, wooded technical holes. And they all have some terrain change, so bring your LEGS too!
Brand new DISCatcher baskets, including a 19-hole for putting practice. The tee-signs should be up in 4-5 weeks, until then the poles will have the numbers on them. The grass tees are generally even, and there are plans to put in concrete tee-pads over time. With the 6 different layout combos that can be played on this course, it truely allows any level of player to experience a great round of disc golf! It demands a variety of shots and offers lots of risk vs reward options. A great new course in an area that needs courses.

The course is still new and not fully complete until the signs and concrete tees are in. But it will only improve with time. No water, so bring your own. Limited restrooms (port-o-let). Some poison ivy, and bring the bug spray.

Really cool new course! It is a visual stunner as you play around the lake, looking across at holes that you will play on the back-9, or at one's that you already played on the front-9! Great first course for the Richmond area. The baskets were installed in ealy October, 2011.
