Let's see, where to start. There was grass and there were some trees. Course is located in a town park a few miles from Kalona Ia which is in Amish country. Unlikely their carriages could carry disc baskets as they were homemade baskets which were actually quite interesting as the top portion resembled that of discatcher, however the basket portion was made out of those thick plastic 55 gallon barrels. These actually appeared to be of regulation dimensions.

Only able to find 6 buckets as the land where holes 1 and 2 looked to be under contruction for a new community center. Could not find hole 8 basket. Teepads marked with 4x4 posts with serviceable signs for short and long placements on most holes. Difficult to figure the line to most holes.

Doubtful this course gets much play as indicated by no wear on the grass tee pads. This course would do better with a redesign as a pitch and putt type course as there are many pathways for walkers and other park activities although I only saw 3 people using the park. No need to go the 15 miles out off the beatin path to play this one.
