Other Thoughts:

A promising course being installed on the school grounds. When I played, MVP baskets and sturdy, level turf tees were in - but no signage yet. The layout winds around the school buildings and grounds with a few tricky transitions - so uDisc helps a lot with the navigation
The layout begins with two holes running on a strip of grass between the entrance driveway and a long hillside. Both holes are ~400' par 3's and the narrowness of the fairway (OB pavement left) makes for a challenging start.

Much of the elevation change is contained on the next three holes (uphill, uphill, downhill). The transition from 3 to 4 is pretty long: you walk down the hill past the tee for 3, across the street, past the basket for 4, and way down the hill to find the tee for 4 - and you throw back up the hill you just walked down.

Hole 5 is a fun steep downhill shot with OB sidewalk and road close in behind the basket.

The only really weak hole is 8: a 470' par 4 with a 90 degree left turn less than 100' off the tee. The first half of the hole is laid out between high fences guarding playing fields. The only way to play the hole is a 75' straight shot to the corner - leaving close to 400' more to get to the basket. It might have made a lot more sense to put the tee at the corner rather than creating a "dogleg" that can't be played very well

Hole 9 is a downhill back into some cleared woods - the layout is not a loop, and it's a long walk back to the start. I hope they're not trying to squeeze rounds into the periods for gym classes.
