Other Thoughts:
With holes ranging in length from 85' to 350', this par 27 nine holer is wedged in areas between the various schools, using athletic fields and woods. Old DGA Chainmasters, no signage or tees, and the only maintenance appears to be mowing , so the wooded areas are overgrown and disc loss is possible. Also, the woods - being out behind school - show signs of non-disc golf activities.
The backs of the hole number signs atop many of the baskets have been painted with arrows indicating the direction to the next hole. Pretty helpful, because it's easy to find yourself wandering around here.
Although very basic from day one, this is a decent beginner-friendly layout, combining RH hyzer lines, a narrow straight alley, short wooded holes, and a few wide open long holes. It's undercut by the lack of care to the course: the alley on #2 has been narrowed by growth, the three wooded holes are just "poke and hope", and one basket has been bent out of shape.
It's good that the school district invested in a "disc golf course" (it's even on their website), but it appears that they planted the baskets in 2022, and haven't done anything since.
