Pretty, but barely at course at this point 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Jan 10, 2021 Played the course:once

Pros:

This charming little piece of property has a neat little obstacle and challenge course on the middle school grounds with that I count as four baskets currently in the ground.

Baskets are nice Innova Disc catchers and in pretty good shape.

It's quite pretty and could probably be a great place for kids to learn the game and shoot safari holes.

Has some decent trees and obstacles, so it can actually be fun, but it's nothing close to "good".

Cons:

No pads, only 4 baskets, nothing in the way of direction, signs or indication that it's a legit course at this point.

Other Thoughts:

Nice little property where I'm sure some really good players either have or will get their start, but it needs some serious work.

Baskets in a Field 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:May 18, 2020 Played the course:once

Pros:

-There are 6 DISCatchers.

-A gentle hill comes into play.

-Obstacles: (2) is pushed about 5 feet into a woods clearing, and (3) has a telephone pole to throw around, so at least very minimal shot shaping is required.

Cons:

I'm not sure this qualifies as a course anymore.

-Amenities: Other than the baskets and a legacy tee marker on (6), there is nothing here. Literally nothing. A field with baskets.

-Boring: Using the map posted in Links/Files, holes are 125-200 ft open shots. Basically just practicing a vanilla upshot and putt in an open field. At least you won't lose a disc.

Other Thoughts:

Northwestern MS is a good place to go if you want to practice your upshots while school is out of session. Go elsewhere if you want to play a course.

Markings only at the last hole 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 19, 2017 Played the course:once

Pros:

Easy and short course for kids. The shots are short and all adults (even newbies) are able to meet par with ease.

Cons:

NO MARKERS with the exception being the last hole. Won't go back unless we are able to get a work day put together to fix the place up.

Other Thoughts:

Has potential to be a short and sweet course.
