Pros:

Concrete tee pads.

Cons:

A couple holes throw around or near a baseball field, playground equipment and picnic areas. While I played the course a truck parked within 10 feet on the far side of hole 17, Another truck parked right in the path of the 18th fairway (truck was hit).

Other Thoughts:

This course is very flat. Multiple holes in the woods are very tight with lots of brush right off the fairway. I'm not really a fan of totally flat courses and I was not impressed with this one. It is good for what it is but I wouldn't travel far to play it again.
