In an area starving for another disc golf course, this is a gem for us hungry throwers.
- 2 baskets for every hole (long & short)
- The longer baskets are high end Mach VIIs while closer baskets are the single chain variety.
- Variety of terrain on each hole
- Pars for longer baskets are appropriate
- Great mix of both short and long holes
- Challenging for both Intermediates and studs
- A beautiful woodsy area
- OB lines delineated by yellow ropes (lots of OB!)
- Properly placed Mandos
- An amazing workout for the quads and hams

- T-Boxes are a work in progress (they're gonna be great though)
- The $20 parking fee the Town of Sandwich charges (which i why I went off-season for free!)
- NOT a family friendly course (which is more of a Pro than a Con in my mind)

Kudos to the creators of this course (whom I met during our round). Creating a challenging course in an area that was screaming out for it. This course is a blast. If you like wide open fairways, go somewhere else. This is tunnel shot after tunnel shot, with strategically placed trees that you will love to hate.
To me, it is a mix of Plainville, Franklin and Devens, all tossed together. Woodsy, tight lines, serious elevation changes, all with the new course feel (meaning you will end up in a shrubbery, and possibly trip over a newly hewn stump, and maybe get poison ivy to boot).
I am considering this course now a "Destination Course". Make a day of it. I have no problem driving 1.5 hours to play this twice through (Longs, then shorts), scarf down a sub, then head over to Burgess Park in Marston's Mills (12 min drive) for the 3rd round of the day. Well worth the commute.

•Fairways are fresh cut, so they are covered in wild rose + poison ivy
•Rough is impenetrable at times
•Dirt tees are the best they can be

This course is not for the faint of heart, but those with a strong game will enjoy it immensely. Elevation is the best I have seen in Mass, beats devens on technicality.
Holes 1-9 seem to have single tee/ 2 basket, and 10-18 have 2 & 2. It is obviously brand new so there are no easy paths into rough spots, some of which may be within C1. Lots of spiky holly trees, PI, and wild rose will punish errant shots.
Fairways are fair and wide enough, with the toughest gaps around 20' wide - 50' out from tee. Most of the next hole paths are beyond the long pins, so just keep walking. Overall this is epic, just needs some breaking in and tee pads to get a 4+
