Pros:
-- Two tee pads per hole. They are 4x12 concrete and level. Each pad has a nice sign with par, distance and map. There is also a cupholder and a bag hook on each post.
-- Disc golf only property.
Cons:
-- Maintenance. Grass/weeds are knee-high in most places and waist-high in many spots. I observed a maintenance crew trim and weed eat the parking lot and an area between the wooden fence (course border) and the road but leave without touching the course itself.
-- Long, open and boring. From the long tees, six of 9 holes are 499 feet or longer, and three are longer than 650 feet, giving even the biggest arms a chance to throw full power, but you'll likely spend some time looking for that disc. Short tees average 339 feet; long tees average 555 feet.
-- Flat.
-- No water in play.
-- No facilities (water or restroom).
-- No course map.
Other Thoughts:
-- Dalmation Drive, one of two roads in/out of the park, is perhaps the worst paved road I have ever driven on. If you use Bison Drive, be aware that you'll drive past an elementary school, so avoid morning dropoff and afternoon pickup times.
-- Couse is two years old, but DISCatcher baskets are already rusted.
-- A decent amount of money was spent for a course on a terrible piece of land for disc golf.
