Nice Course, But Could Use Some Fixing Up 2+ years drive by

Pros:
-Multiple Tees!
-Some elevation changes
-Close to the University of Toledo, so perfect for college students looking to get a round in between classes
-Course Map
-Course loops back to parking lot after 9 and 19 holes
-Extra hole, perfect for tiebreakers

Cons:
-Not in a great part of town
-Teepads are run down, narrow, short, and dusty due to accumulation of dust
-Grass can be long
-A bad throw on Hole 15 could end up hitting a park vehicle
-No signs pointing the way to the next hole
-Teepad signs with distances are old and some are chipped away
-Park has lots of litter

Other Thoughts:
The condition of the teepads is what really draws me away from this course. If they put in new teepads and cleaned up the litter in the park, this course would be very nice.
