Pros:
- tee-pads and signs have been placed to make it easier to figure out the layout.
-there is a sign on the beggining of every tee-pad.
- the grass and fields are well manicured. You will not lose a disc unless you pitch it into the bushes or a tree.
-some holes have been moved due to safety and geographic issues, making a new flight path for some of the holes.
- you can be creative with the shots

Cons:
- There are some pedestrians so you have to wait till "all clear" or you have a free range shot.
-sometimes kids will pay soccer on the two fields, or climb in the basket, making it difficult to play a full 9 of golf.
-some holes have been moved due to safety and geographic issues, getting rid of old flight paths that are fun.

Other Thoughts:
This course is definitely improving alongside HOA. They want to make it a great course and they are on the right track.
It needs a bathroom.
If you have to wait for the walkers or bike riders, just practice putting at the hole. Unless you are walking from a long distance hole to tee-pad.
