Pros:

(0.934 Rating) A family friendly beginner course.
- FORGIVENESS - The odds of losing a disc due to an errant shot is near impossible. you'd have to forget to pick up to lose one here.
- MAINTENANCE - The grounds appear to be constantly mowed, trimmed and manicured. I don't recall seeing any trash on my visit.
- QUICK PLAY - A single could easily complete a full 9 in under 20 minutes. Groups of 4 probably would finish in under 45 minutes.
- ACEABILITY - All of the holes are highly aceable. Great opportunity for a junior to get an ace
- GROW THE SPORT - No doubt will this course aid in growing the sport by offering easy access to learn the game at a beginner friendly course.
- CHAINS - The baskets are in great shape. Unfortunately a typical comment when you run out of good things to say about a course.

Cons:

Course only works for beginners and family
- BASKET AND TEE SEPERATION - There are numerous occurrences where the basket and next tee are perilously close. Several times they are separated by less than 30 feet.
- UNIQUENESS - The holes themselves in terms variety are well below average. To seasoned players, they are all short and straight ace runs. A couple holes do use the trees to guard from an angle but really only number 5 and 8 needs to be a bender.
- CHARACTER - Course is just baskets and tees. No map and hole signage. Tees do have a hole number on a wood tee marking. Also no seating at holes (not that you'd need it ) but there is one picnic table.
- SPACING - Well below average, Several of the fairways feel partially shared. Discs will constantly end in other fairways. In addition, if the course were full of players, you would be wise to keep your head up and aware of other groups teeing off.
- DIFFICULTY - Way too short for everyone but beginners and rec players. Many seasoned players will come away dissatisfied if they don't shoot 9 down.

Other Thoughts:

There is really no reason to check this course out unless you are nearby to practice putts, taking young kids out, or to introduce the game to someone who's never played. Experienced player should check out G.T. Bray just down the road instead of this one.
