Pros:

Easy course to get to, just 5-7 minutes off of hwy 395. The course has its own space and parking lot with a practice basket on the left and tee pad #1 on the right.
Porta potty and water right next to the first tee. Large custom made tee signs and tee sign frames, custom made bad ass bag holders from a local metalsmith artist at every tee. Custom made next tee arrows pointing to the next tee along with course map makes navigation easy, no long walks from basket to next tee. Unique eco friendly tee pads similar to cement. Brooms at every tee pad. Beautiful custom kiosk built by the same metalsmith artist. Split rail ranch fencing installed for OB markers. Incredible rock work done around several tee pads and baskets, trails and rock stairs. Majority of trees in play have had the lower branches trimmed off. Baskets 6-10 are some of the most unique and fun throws you will ever see on a disc course! Moderate elevation, very unique terrain on holes 6-10, and much more than a "few" trees. Uphill, downhill, flat, left to right sidehill, and right to left sidehill tee shots. Some of the best views you will ever see on a disc course with expansive views of the Eastern Sierra Mountains and Carson Valley! Even if you dont play the views are worth walking thru the course!
Great mix of hole lengths. Several short, technical ace runs and 5 par 4/5's, including a fun downhill bomb on #13. Several greens have moderate elevation or drop offs in the circle with a few death putts. The course stays on contour making the elevation as gradual as possible.
Multiple loop options. Loop options include: 1-3,1-6+ 12, 1-6+12-18, 1-12, or you can start on #4. These loops are great for players short on time, beginners, kids, players out with their wives, etc..
White MVP Portal baskets, very easy to see from the tees.
Large stainless steel basket #'s that can be seen from quite a distance.
Great winter course! This course is playable when all other courses in the area are under snow or mud.

Cons:

Not the best summer course. Heat, wind, not much shade, and extra vegetation make it tough in summer, tee off before 9 to avoid mid day heat and afternoon winds. Plays best from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
no trash cans
Might be an easy course for advanced players

Other Thoughts:

I love the variety of holes, nothing seems too repetitive. Great use of the land and a good flow to the course. I also love that this course has its own space and is not part of a park complex.
I cant thank Karl Moe enough for his incredible effort and dedication to this project!! Karl just flat out gets it done!
Please ignore the intentional, low ball, biased 2.5 star review. Not saying this is the best course on the planet but much better than a 2.5 when you consider most 2.5 rated courses have major flaws or are unfinished. This is a complete course with some very nice extra perks!
