Pros:
This course definitely some fun shots and was somewhat easy to navigate. I liked how it wraps you back toward the vehicle at hole 7. Small courses are enjoyable and can be a great game builder with all the wooded fairways. The tone art was cool, great job on the paint to those who were involved.
Cons:
BEWARE OF POISON OAK if your allergic you'll be covered in it by hole 2 and wanting to die by hole 8. After hole 8 it seems to be much less. Tee pads are "roughed in" and dosnt drain well so we had to play off the pad a few times. This whole course is mostly steep side hill, a few holes were terraced, but I found we were shooting uphill to walk back down to the next tee or shooting down to walk back up many times. It could flow lots better with a few changes.
Other Thoughts:
Any course takes lots of effort to design implement, and maintain. I can see all the work that has been put in here so I appreciate all that has been done. I'm sure in the years to come many of the quirks will be worked out and hopefully all that poison oak gets eradicated. I would rate this little beauty at a 3 star if the PO was gone and the tee pads were a bit better.
