Pros:
Good for beginners or training - Holes are between 40-105 m long
Good location - easy to get to by subway, bike or car

No elevation changes
Tees have rather high wooden bars at the end - beware.

Other Thoughts:
Baskets on holes 8-14 are good - much better than the ones at 1-7
Some open space for driving practice can be found (as long as there aren't too many people playing the course)
