Pros:
Clear course layout, even for newbies like ourselves.
Lots of tree constraints increasing the challenge of shots.
One tee was placed low, resulting in the basket not being visible from the tee, made for an interesting hole.
The park was very nice with lots of big shade trees. This course would be enjoyable with a wider range of weather conditions.

Cons:
Tee #3 was missing.
Hole #4 played very close to Wilmington, a very busy street.

Other Thoughts:
The course is so much better than the nearby Mills course. Although only nine holes and most of the short, it was great for beginners like us. Parking was super easy.
